Rolls with Waldorf Salad

Ingredients

1 piece Green, raw

2 piece Apple, fresh

1 cup Cheese, cottage cheese

1 handful Walnuts

1 piece Sweet potato, unpeeled, fresh

1 piece Juice, lemon

8 slice Ham, pressed, non-fat

Thoroughly wash the celery, apples, and cucumber. Cut the apples in half, remove the cores, and slice them into chunks. Finely chop the celery, cut the cucumber in half (remove the seeds), and slice it into thin, 5 cm long sticks.

Cut the lemon in half and juice one half. Toss the ingredients in a large bowl, add a handful of walnut kernels, and mix everything well. Season with salt if desired and drizzle with lemon juice. Place a slice of ham on a plate, add about 2 tablespoons of salad, followed by 3 teaspoons of cottage cheese, then roll the ham into a roll. Serve the rolls on plates and offer them to guests.
