Royal Breakfast
Crispy, soft, fragrant … this colorful breakfast has it all. However, we still advise you not to overdo it with the bacon.

Ingredients
-
250 g Bread, wheat
-
2 piece Egg, fresh
-
1 spoon Vinegar, apple
-
2 pinch Salt, table
-
4 slice Meat, pork, smoked bacon
-
2 piece Salad, ice
-
4 pieces Tomato, red
-
2 spoons Oil, olive
Steps
-
Cut the Kaiser rolls in half, then place a pan with oil on the heat. Once the oil is hot, place the halves of the Kaiser rolls in the pan and toast them only on the cut side. Once golden brown, arrange the toasted halves on two plates. Wash two lettuce leaves and place one on each half of the Kaiser rolls on the plates.
-
In the same pan where we toasted the bread, fry the bacon slices on both sides. Once the bacon shrinks, place the slices on the lettuce leaves. Turn off the heat and wash the cherry tomatoes, then place them on the plates.
-
Place a pot of water on the heat and bring it to a boil. Carefully crack the egg into a small bowl, making sure not to damage the yolk. Once the water is boiling vigorously, reduce the temperature so the water simmers gently and add vinegar to the pot. Gently pour the egg from the bowl into the barely boiling water. Use a slotted spoon to help the egg form a nice shape, and once the white sets, carefully remove the egg from the water. Repeat the process with the second egg, then place the poached eggs on the unadorned halves of the Kaiser rolls and season with salt. Serve the dish warm.

Advice
The dish can also be seasoned, and it pairs well with Mediterranean herbs (basil, thyme, oregano …).
