To prepare rum balls, we dont need a stove or an oven; a refrigerator and a multipurpose kitchen tool are enough - and even that only if we dont want to crush the cookies by hand.

Steps

Crush the cookies, then grind them into crumbs using a multipurpose kitchen tool. Place the cookie crumbs in a bowl. Add diced butter, sugar, coconut flour, cocoa, and rum. Knead everything into a dough, shape it into a ball, and refrigerate for half an hour.

Shape the chilled dough into 50 balls with your hands, roll them in coconut flakes, arrange them on a serving plate, and serve.

Advice
If desired, you can also mix ground nuts (hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts) into the ball mixture. If the mixture is too dry, you can add a few tablespoons of milk.
