1 bag Powdered sugar

300 g Cooking chocolate, unsweetened

3 spoons Alcohol, Rum

- 100 g Coconut, flakes
Steps

Beat the butter smoothly with a hand mixer set to the highest speed. Gradually add sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix until the mixture becomes uniform.

Finely grate the chocolate. Add the grated chocolate and rum (or cherry juice and raspberry syrup) to the mixture. Wash the raisins, drain them, chop them finely, and mix them into the mixture.

Cover the mixture and store it in a cool place for at least one hour. Then shape it into balls and roll them in coconut flakes.
