Steps
- In a bowl, use a hand whisk to mix the mustard, vinegar, and salt until smooth. Mix until the salt is completely dissolved. While continuously whisking, slowly add the olive oil, first drop by drop, then in a steady stream. Season the dressing to taste with freshly ground pepper, pour it over the leafy salad, mix well, and serve.
