0.8 dl Vinegar, balsamic

200 g Cheese, goat, hard

Clean the lettuce, wash it, and dry it. If necessary, tear it into smaller pieces, mix it, and add halved cherry tomatoes. Drizzle everything with mango vinaigrette and gently toss.

On a pan, golden brown slices of goat cheese and place them on top of the salad. Add quartered figs and generously sprinkle the prepared salad with coarsely crushed walnuts.
