Ingredients

1 kg Fish, anchovies, fresh

300 g Salad, soft

3 pieces Tomato, red

3 pinch Salt, table

1 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell

5 spoon Oil, olive

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black

Thoroughly wash the anchovies and dry them with a paper towel. Pour olive oil into a large pan and heat it well, then place the anchovies in the pan. Grill them on both sides until they achieve a beautiful golden-brown color. Once the fish are cooked, transfer them to a paper towel to drain excess oil.

Cut the lemon in half and squeeze it. Wash all the vegetables and tear the lettuce into smaller pieces, while slicing the tomatoes into wedges. Toss the vegetables into a bowl, season with salt to taste, and flavor with lemon juice and olive oil. Mix the salad well, serve it on plates, and top it with the anchovies. Season the anchovies to taste and serve the salad.
