Salad with Bacon and Chestnuts

20 pieces Nuts, chestnut, fresh

2 slices Meat, pork, smoked bacon

2 pod Garlic, fresh

Steps

Clean, wash, and dry the arugula and chives. Cut the bacon slices into small pieces. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Also, finely chop the chives. Place a pan on the stove and fry the bacon pieces until crispy.

In a small bowl, prepare the salad dressing. Mix lemon juice, oil, chives, garlic, salt, and pepper until the salt dissolves.

Arrange the arugula in salad bowls. Add the fried bacon and chestnuts. Drizzle the salad with the prepared dressing and serve.
