Salad with Bowtie Pasta and Crispy Prosciutto

Ingredients

350 g Pasta, Macaroni

300 g Spinach, raw

1.5 spoons Oil, olive

7 slice Meat, pork, smoked bacon

1 pinch Salt, table

2 pinch Spices, pepper, black

40 g Cheese, Parmesan, grated
Steps

Place a pot with a large amount of water on the stove. Just before the water boils, salt it, then add the pasta and cook for the time indicated on the package. Drain the cooked pasta well and let it cool.

Sort through the spinach leaves, wash them, and dry them. Tear the prosciutto slices into pieces about 3 to 3.5 cm in size. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the prosciutto pieces in the hot oil until crispy. Cook them for about 2 minutes on each side.

Combine the cooled pasta and spinach leaves in a bowl. Pour the fat from the pan over the ingredients in the bowl and season with pepper, salt, and lemon juice. Grate Parmesan cheese on top and sprinkle with the crispy prosciutto pieces. Gently but thoroughly mix the ingredients.

Serve the prepared salad in salad bowls and enjoy.

Advice
Lemon juice can be replaced with one or two tablespoons of sour cream. Add toasted pine nuts and chopped sun-dried tomatoes if desired. When cooking pasta, follow the rule of using 1 liter of water for every 100 g of pasta. Use 10 to 12 g of salt per liter of water.
