Thoroughly wash and clean the Brussels sprouts. Place a pot with 1.5 liters of water on the stove and bring it to a boil. Salt the water and add the Brussels sprouts, cooking them for about 20 minutes until they soften. Meanwhile, wash the lemon well, grate the zest, and squeeze the juice.

Drain the cooked Brussels sprouts, rinse them with cold water, and let them cool. Then cut them in half and place them in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste, add olive oil, lemon juice, and lemon zest, and mix the ingredients well. Finally, sprinkle the salad with almond flakes and serve it to your guests.
