200 g Fish, tuna, in oil

200 g Corn, yellow, in brine

1 cup Alfalfa sprouts

50 g Peanuts, roasted without oil, unsalted

0.25 heads Salad, ice

1 piece Bell pepper, red, fresh

2 spoons Oil, peanut

2 spoons Juice, lemon

Steps

Drain the tuna and gently mash it with a fork. Clean the lettuce, wash it, and separate it into individual leaves, which you can tear into smaller pieces if desired. Wash the bell pepper, cut it in half, remove the seeds, and chop it into pieces. Rinse the corn under running water and drain well. Rinse the sprouts under water and drain well.

In a salad bowl, mix together the tuna, corn, bell pepper, and peanuts. Prepare the dressing: in a small bowl, mix the oil, lemon juice, and salt.

Place the lettuce leaves on plates, add the sprouts on top, and then the tuna mixture. Drizzle with the dressing and serve.
