300 g Salad, soft

300 g Salad, ice

8 pieces Tomato, red

1 piece Onion, raw

1 piece Sweet potato, unpeeled, fresh

1 cup Cheese, cottage cheese, from skimmed milk

0.5 teaspoons Salt, table

1 spoon Parsley, fresh

2 pod Garlic, fresh

1 spoon Vinegar, balsamic

4 spoon Oil, olive
Steps

In a bowl, tear the green lettuce and iceberg lettuce into smaller pieces. Cut the tomatoes in half and add them to the salad. Slice the cucumber into rounds, then quarter them and add them to the bowl. Slice the onion into thin rings. Season everything with salt, add vinegar and oil to taste, and mix well. Divide into four plates.

Chop the parsley and garlic and mix them into the salted homemade cheese. Once the ingredients are evenly distributed, add a generous spoonful of cheese on top of the salad plates and decorate the salad with cheese sticks.
