Salad with Radicchio, Camembert, and Roasted Fennel

Steps

Clean the fennel and slice it into a few millimeters thick slices, then roast them on both sides in a lightly oiled pan.

Wash the radicchio, clean it, and tear or cut it into pieces, then toss them into a bowl. Add the roasted fennel, season with vinaigrette, and gently mix. Place slices of Camembert on top and sprinkle everything with coarsely chopped walnuts.
