Salad with Raisins, Apples, and Carrots

Ingredients

300 g Salad, soft

2 piece Carrot, fresh

1 piece Apple, fresh

1 handful Raisins

1 piece Juice, lemon

Clean the green lettuce, wash it, and tear it into smaller pieces if desired. Wash the apple, remove the core, and cut it into cubes. Sort through the raisins, rinse them under running water, and dry them. Peel the carrots well, wash them, and grate them into long, thin strips. Wash the lemon and squeeze the juice from it.

Arrange the green lettuce on plates. In a bowl, mix the carrots, apples, and raisins. Pour the lemon juice over the mixture and mix again. Spread the carrot mixture over the lettuce base and serve.
