Salad with Roasted Pear, Arugula, and Gorgonzola

Ingredients

2 piece Pear, fresh

25 g Butter, unsalted

4 handfuls Arugula

1 handful Pine nuts

100 g Cheese, Gorgonzola

4 spoon Oil, plant, nut

Wash the pears, cut them in half lengthwise, and remove the stems and cores. Then cut each half into four wedges. Place a grill pan on the stove and melt the butter in it. Add the pear wedges to the pan and cook them on each side until grill marks appear on the surface. Once the wedges are roasted on both sides, remove the pan from the heat and let the wedges cool slightly.

Clean the arugula, wash it thoroughly, and dry it. Arrange it on four large plates. Place four roasted pear wedges on each plate. Sprinkle some pine nuts on top, crumble the gorgonzola with your fingers, and season with walnut oil.

Serve the prepared salad.
