Ingredients

5 slice Fish, salmon, smoked

10 pieces Tomato, red

300 g Salad, soft

300 g Radicchio

4 pieces Egg, fresh

Steps

Pour water into a small pot and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, gently place the eggs in the water and cook them soft-boiled for exactly 5 minutes! After this time, cool the eggs in cold water.

Wash the lettuce thoroughly and tear the leaves into pieces of any size. Toss everything into a bowl, lightly salt, season with olive oil, and mix. Cut the smoked salmon slices into smaller pieces and add them to the salad. Wash the tomatoes and remove the green parts. Cut them in half and add them to the salad bowl.

Carefully peel the eggs and place them in the bowl, then cover the bowl with a lid and shake everything together. Serve.
