Salad with Special Salami

Ingredients

300 g Dry salami, turkey

150 g Bell pepper, red, fresh

150 g Cucumbers, sour

150 g Radish

3 spoons Oil, plant, sunflower

1 spoon Vinegar, red wine

2 pinch Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black
Steps

First, slice the salami into pieces, then cut them into narrow strips. Slice the cucumbers into rounds, then cut them in half. Clean the radishes, wash them, and slice them. Wash the red bell pepper and cut it in half. Remove the stem and seeds, then slice it into narrower strips.

In a small bowl, mix the oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. In a larger salad bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Store the salad in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Divide the salad onto plates and serve with a slice of homemade bread.

Advice
Instead of special salami, you can use (pressed) ham. You can also add cheese to the salad if desired.
