Before we start preparing the salad, we make the tuna spread from the ingredients. Wash the salad thoroughly, shake it dry, and tear it into smaller pieces, which we then toss into a large bowl. Wash the stem greens and cut them into smaller pieces, which we also toss into the bowl.

Salt the salad, add vinegar to taste, and season with a little oil. Finally, sprinkle the tuna spread over it, and the salad is ready.
