Salad with Vegetable Tortellini

Ingredients

400 g Pasta, Macaroni

1 teaspoon Salt, table

2 piece Bell pepper, red, fresh

3 pieces Small pumpkins

300 g Tomato, red

5 twig Parsley, fresh

2 bags Cheese, mozzarella
Steps

Place a large pot with a liter of salted water on the stove. When the water boils, add the tortellini and cook them for the time indicated on the package.

Meanwhile, thoroughly wash the zucchini, tomatoes, peppers, and parsley. Slice the zucchini into rounds, halve the tomatoes, halve the peppers and remove the seeds, then slice them thinly, and dry the parsley sprigs and set them aside.

Open the packages of mozzarella, drain them thoroughly. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. When the tortellini are cooked, drain them well and add them to the vegetables. Mix the salad well and drizzle it with a bit of olive oil.

Distribute the salad into bowls and serve.
