Ingredients

600 g Bread, wheat

60 g Salad, soft

2 piece Tomato, red

4 spoon Mayonnaise

1 spoon Oil, olive
Salmon meatballs

2 piece Fish, salmon

1 piece Egg, fresh

20 g Breadcrumbs, dried

1 pod Garlic, fresh

0.5 teaspoons Spices, paprika

2 pinch Salt, table

2 teaspoons Dill, fresh
Steps

Prepare four salmon patties from the ingredients. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Wash the tomato and slice it into rings. Light the charcoal for the grill.

Oil the grill grate and heat it well. Brush the salmon patties with oil and grill them on the grate. Cook each side for about 5 minutes.

Cut the buns in half and place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half, then top with tomato slices. Place the salmon patty on the tomato and add a tablespoon of tartar sauce on top. Cover with the top half of the bun and serve.
