Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds, and chop it into small pieces. Drain the salmon fillets and place them in a multipurpose blender. Add 0.5 cups of cream, 150 g of cream cheese, 0.25 cups of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of chopped dill, and 1 tablespoon of chopped chives. Blend until you get a smooth, uniform mixture, then season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
