Steps

Thoroughly wash and dry the dill, then finely chop it. Prepare the hollandaise sauce from the listed ingredients following the described method and mix in the chopped dill. Pour the prepared sauce into a sauce boat.

Thoroughly wash and dry the salmon fillets with paper towels. Generously season one side of the fillets with pepper and salt. Place a pan on the stove and heat the oil. Place the fillets on the heated oil. First, cook them on the seasoned side for 2-3 minutes until they turn golden brown. Then flip them and cook for an additional 2 minutes on the other side.
