Ingredients
-
800 g Fish, salmon
-
2 piece Egg, fresh
-
6 spoon Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose
-
5 spoon Breadcrumbs, dried
-
0.5 spoons Sesame seeds, dried
-
0.5 spoons Sesame seeds, dried
-
0.75 teaspoons Salt, table
-
pieces Oil, vegetable oil, canola
Steps
-
Thoroughly wash the salmon fillets and dry them with paper towels. Then cut them into thinner strips and lightly salt them. Beat the eggs in a deep bowl and whisk them.
-
Prepare two more deep bowls. In the first one, add flour, and in the second one, a mixture of breadcrumbs and both types of sesame seeds. Coat the salmon pieces first in flour, then in the eggs, and finally in the breadcrumbs with sesame.
-
Place a pan on the stove and heat it well. Add oil to the pan, wait for it to heat up, and fry the salmon strips for about 4 minutes on each side. Once the fried pieces are ready, place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
-
Serve the prepared fried salmon on a plate and offer it to guests with a suitable side dish.
