Ingredients
-
80 g Salad, soft
-
1 piece Tomato, red
-
0.5 piece Onion, raw
-
2 piece Onion, young
-
1 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell
-
150 g Fish, salmon, smoked
Steps
-
Separate the lettuce into individual leaves, wash them thoroughly under running water. Be careful not to tear the leaves, as they will serve as cups for the salmon filling. Wash the tomato, remove the green parts, and dice it finely. Peel the onion, wash it, and chop it into smaller pieces. Wash the scallions, clean them, and slice them into thin rings. Cut the lemon in half, squeeze the juice from one half, and slice the other half into rings for decoration.
-
Slice the smoked salmon into thin pieces, then cut them into bite-sized chunks. In a bowl, combine the onion, scallions, tomato, and smoked salmon. Drizzle with lemon juice and mix well.
-
Arrange the lettuce leaves on a large plate, fill them with the prepared mixture. Place the lemon rings on the plate and serve.
