400 g Fish, salmon

2 piece Egg, fresh

10 dag Breadcrumbs, dried

2 pod Garlic, fresh

0.5 teaspoons Salt, table

0.5 teaspoons Spices, paprika

4 twig Parsley, fresh

2 spoons Oil, plant, sunflower
Steps

Rinse the salmon fillets and thoroughly dry them with paper towels. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Rinse the parsley sprigs, dry them, and finely chop.

Cut the fillets into smaller pieces, then finely chop them in a food processor. Transfer the chopped fish to a bowl and mix with beaten egg, breadcrumbs, chopped garlic, salt, ground red paprika, and chopped parsley.

With damp hands, shape the mixture into meatballs of your desired size. Place a pan on the stove and heat the oil. Place the salmon meatballs in the hot oil and cook each side until evenly browned.

Serve the salmon meatballs on plates and offer them with your chosen side dish.
