Ingredients

600 g Fish, salmon

1 piece Bell pepper, yellow, fresh
-
16 pieces Tomato, red
-
1 piece Small pumpkins
-
1 piece Lime, fresh
-
2 pod Garlic, fresh

1 bouquet Parsley, fresh

2 spoons Oil, vegetable oil, canola
-
4 pinch Salt, table
-
3 spoons Butter, unsalted
Steps
-
Thoroughly rinse the salmon fillet under running water. Then dry it with a paper towel and cut it into 2 cm thick cubes. Wash the zucchini, tomatoes, bell pepper, and parsley well. Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and peel the garlic. Cut the bell pepper and zucchini into 2 cm pieces. Finely chop the parsley and garlic. Cut the lime in half and squeeze it well.
-
In a large bowl, mix the garlic, oil, lime juice, salt, and parsley until well combined. Add the chopped vegetables and fish pieces to the bowl. Mix everything well with your hands to ensure the marinade is evenly distributed. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
-
Thread the salmon, zucchini, bell pepper, and tomatoes alternately onto wooden skewers. Then place a pan on the stove and melt the butter in it. Cook the skewers until golden brown on the butter, about 4–5 minutes on each side.
-
Serve the prepared skewers on plates and offer them with your chosen side dish.
