Salmon Skewers with Honey Glaze

600 g Fish, salmon

0.5 teaspoons Salt, table

2 pinch Spices, chili powder

5 spoon Juice, lemon

60 g Honey

5 drops Worcestershire sauce

2 spoons Oil, olive
Steps

Rinse the salmon fillets under running water and dry them with kitchen towels. Then, cut them into approximately 2 cm pieces and place them in a large bowl. Season the pieces with salt and ground chili. Mix well to ensure all pieces are evenly seasoned.

Preheat the grill well. In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and honey. Place the bowl on the stove and heat the glaze while stirring.

Thread the seasoned salmon pieces onto wooden skewers. Brush the skewers well with olive oil and grill them on the preheated grill for about 10 minutes. While grilling, brush the skewers several times with the glaze and turn them to ensure even cooking on all sides.

Serve the salmon skewers on plates and accompany them with your chosen side dish.
