1 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell

100 g Fish, salmon, smoked

150 g Cheese, cottage cheese

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black

Wash the lemon under hot water, dry it well, and grate the zest. Cut it in half and juice one half. Peel the onion and chop it very finely. Also, finely chop the smoked salmon. Thoroughly wash the dill sprigs.

Mix the cottage cheese with the onion and salmon into a smooth mixture. Add a teaspoon of lemon zest and juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste and pour in the remaining lemon juice. Serve in a small bowl, garnish with dill sprigs, and serve to guests. Serve with toasted bread slices.
