The fish is tender and juicy, and a special flavor is ensured by the mixture of cream cheese, garlic, and lemon zest, which is spread over the fish pieces before baking.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Rinse the salmon fillet pieces under running water and dry them well with paper towels. Run your fingers over the fish and remove any bones with tweezers. Lightly season the pieces on both sides with pepper and salt.

Peel the garlic and grind it into a smooth paste in a mortar along with a pinch of salt. Mix the paste with cream cheese and grated lemon zest. Rinse the chosen herbs under running water if necessary, dry them well, and finely chop them. Mix the chopped herbs with breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan.

Grease a shallow baking dish well with oil and arrange the seasoned salmon fillet pieces in it. First, spread the mixture of garlic and cream cheese over the top, then cover with the seasoned breadcrumbs. Place the dish in the preheated oven for 15 minutes to allow the fish and herb crust to bake beautifully.
