Salmon with Almonds

800 g Fish, salmon

1 teaspoon Salt, table

2 pinch Spices, pepper, black

100 g Nuts, almonds

1 spoon Oil, olive

2 spoons Juice, lemon

0.25 bouquet Dill, fresh

Rinse the salmon fillets under running water and dry them thoroughly with a paper towel. Season the prepared pieces with salt and pepper. Place a pan on the stove and heat it well. Quickly dry-toast the almond slices in the pan. Shake the pan several times while toasting, and as soon as the slices start to brown, transfer them to a bowl.

Rinse the dill, shake it off, and chop it coarsely. Return the pan to the stove and add olive oil. Allow the oil to heat slightly, then mix in the lemon juice and place the salmon fillets in the pan. Cook them over moderate heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Sprinkle the flipped fillets with dill.
