Ingredients

800 g Fish, salmon

1 kg Leek

4 pinch Salt, table

2 pinch Spices, pepper, black

3 spoons Oil, vegetable oil, canola

0.5 teaspoons Thyme, fresh

200 ml Soup base, chicken, cube

2 spoons Butter, unsalted

2 spoons Juice, lemon

1 piece Onion, young

2 spoons Soy sauce, shoyu

Thoroughly clean the leeks, wash them, and slice them into rings. Peel the onion and chop it very finely. Wash the salmon steaks well, pat them dry with kitchen towels, and season to taste with pepper and salt.

Place a pan on the stove and heat the oil. Sauté the onion, leeks, and thyme for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper, add the broth, and cook for another 4 minutes until the leeks and onion soften slightly.

Place another pan on the stove, melt the butter, and then mix in the lemon juice. Place the salmon steaks in the pan and cook each side for about 3 minutes. Serve the cooked steaks on plates, add the leeks, drizzle with soy sauce, and serve.
