Ingredients

800 g Meat, veal, thigh

4 pinch Spices, pepper, white

0.25 teaspoons Salt, table

8 slice Dry salami, pork

8 pieces Spices, ginger, ground

25 g Butter, unsalted
Steps

Thoroughly rinse the veal cutlets under running water and dry them well with a paper towel. Wash and dry the sage leaves. Place the cutlets between two sheets of plastic wrap and gently pound them. Lightly season the cutlets with salt and pepper on both sides.

Place a slice of prosciutto and a sage leaf on each cutlet. Secure them to the meat with a toothpick. Melt butter in a pan and heat it well. Cook the cutlets in the butter. Fry them for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side.

Serve the cooked cutlets with the prosciutto side facing up. As a side dish, you can offer various vegetables or pasta.
