Sandwich with Cheese Spread and Fresh Cucumbers

4 slice Bread, whole grain

2 spoons Cheese, creamy

1 piece Sweet potato, unpeeled, fresh

2 twigs Parsley, fresh

Prepare 4 slices of whole-grain bread. Spread your favorite cheese spread on two slices of bread. Wash the cucumber, dry it, and slice it into thin rounds. Arrange the cucumber slices closely together on both slices with the cheese spread.

Wash and chop the parsley, then sprinkle it over the cucumbers and spread. Place the other two slices of bread on top of the vegetables, press them together, then take a knife and cut both sandwiches diagonally into triangles (as shown in the picture). Serve the prepared sandwiches immediately or wrap them in foil and chill in the refrigerator.
