Sandwich with Egg, Sausage, and Bacon

Ingredients

2 spoons Oil, plant, sunflower

0.5 piece Carniolan sausage

3 slices Meat, pork, smoked bacon

1 piece Egg, fresh

0.5 piece Onion, raw

1 pinch Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black

1 spoon Ketchup

200 g Bread, whole grain
Steps

Cut half of the kranjska sausage in half lengthwise and crosswise to get 4 pieces. Peel the onion and slice it into thin strips. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry the kranjska sausage and bacon for 10 minutes until they turn golden brown and crispy. Turn the pieces while frying. Add the onion and fry for a few more minutes until the onion softens and browns. Keep warm.

In the same pan, heat another tablespoon of oil and crack one egg into the pan. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for a few minutes until the egg sets.

Cut the bread roll in half. Layer it with the onion, pieces of kranjska sausage, bacon, and the fried egg. Drizzle the egg with ketchup, cover with the other half of the bread roll, and serve.

Advice
Instead of kranjska sausage, you can also use roast beef or some other type of sausage.
