6 pieces Fish, shrimp
-
120 g Bread, wheat
-
1 piece Tomato, red
-
3 pieces Salad, soft
-
1 spoon Mayonnaise
-
1 piece Egg, fresh

Steps
-
In three deep plates, distribute flour, breadcrumbs, and one egg. Beat the egg with a fork and season with salt and pepper. Clean the shrimp tails, wash them, and dry them with a paper towel. First, coat them in flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs. Prepare a pot with oil and heat it well. Fry the shrimp tails in the oil, and when they turn golden brown, place them on a paper towel to drain.
-
Cut the bread roll lengthwise. Wash the lettuce and tomato. Tear the lettuce into smaller pieces if desired, while slicing the tomato into rounds. On the bottom half of the roll, place the lettuce leaves, then the tomato slices, and finally the fried shrimp tails. Spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise over the shrimp tails, cover with the top half of the roll, and serve.

Advice
You can add basil or another spice to the egg used for coating the shrimp tails. Fry in a large amount of fat. The food should float in it. For frying, use fats that do not contain water, such as coconut oil or good quality oil. The frying fat is hot enough when small bubbles form around a wooden spoon.
