Sandwich with Leek

150 g Bread, wheat

50 g Salad, red

Thoroughly wash the leek, lettuce, and tomato. Remove the stems and green parts from the tomato and slice it into rounds. Cut the leek into wide strips. Cut a large wheat roll in half and spread the bottom half with margarine.

Layer the bottom half with two slices of edam cheese and four slices of turkey breast. Then add lettuce leaves, two tomato slices, and chopped leek. Cover the sandwich with the other half of the roll and serve on a plate.
