Steps

Wash the apple, peel it, cut it in half, and remove the core. Coarsely grate the apple. Wash the carrot, peel it, and grate it. Wash the grapes, remove them from the stems, and dry them.

In a bowl, combine the sauerkraut, apple, carrot, and grapes. Mix everything well. Season with salt, cumin, and oil. Mix again and serve.
