Rinse the sausages under running water and dry them with a paper towel. Clean the vegetables, wash them, dry them, and cut them into pieces of any size. Peel the garlic and onion, wash them, dry them, and chop them. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Pour oil into an ovenproof dish and place the sausages and vegetables in it. Lightly salt everything and mix well, then place the dish in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, take the dish out of the oven and add the broth and wine. Season the dish and carefully mix everything with a spoon. Place the dish back in the oven for another 15 minutes, then serve with homemade bread.

Advice
The sausage can (before baking in the oven) first be pricked with a fork, then quickly boiled in water. This way, the sausage is tastier and less greasy. Instead of white wine, you can add a bit of vinegar. For herbs and spices, you can use: parsley, thyme, ground red paprika, ground chili, all kinds of pepper, bay leaf, and even a pinch of rosemary. Be moderate with thyme and rosemary, as these herbs have a strong flavor.
