Ingredients

4 pieces Sausage, beer

8 twig Thyme, raw

1 piece Onion, raw

2 spoons Oil, olive

1.5 spoons Vinegar, apple

Steps

Pierce the fresh sausages in a few places with a toothpick so they don't burst while cooking. Place them in a pot with cold water and wait for the water to boil. Then remove the pot from the heat and let the sausages sit in the water for another 10 minutes. Meanwhile, thoroughly wash the parsley and chop it finely.

Peel the red onion, cut it in half, and slice both halves into thin pieces. Slice the sausages into narrow rings and toss them into a salad bowl. Add the parsley and red onion, and season with pepper and salt to taste.

Finally, add vinegar and oil, and mix all the ingredients well. Sprinkle the salad with ground red paprika, then serve it at the table.
