Savory Christmas Trees
A delicious and quickly prepared snack for the upcoming holiday season. You only need three basic ingredients, but if you wish, you can decorate the trees with green olives or silver onions. Watch the full preparation process in the video below.

Ingredients

pieces Dough, puff

70 g Cheese, creamy

100 g Meat, pork, smoked bacon

pieces Olives, green, in brine
Steps

Unroll the puff pastry on a larger cutting board. Spread it with cream cheese and top it with slices of prosciutto and/or bresaola.

Using a regular knife or a pizza cutter, slice the topped pastry into 15 thin strips.

Fold each strip like an accordion, making it wider at the bottom and narrower towards the top to form the shape of a tree (see video).

Skewer each individual tree and place it on a larger baking tray lined with baking paper.

Once the tray is filled with trees, place it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes, while preheating the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Bake the trees in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, decorate them as desired after baking, and serve immediately.
