Ingredients

500 ml Yogurt, plain, from whole milk

100 ml Oil, vegetable oil, canola

270 g Koruzna moka, whole grain, yellow

1 bag Baking powder

200 g Cheese, feta

150 g Bell pepper, red, fresh

1 handful Olives, green, in brine

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Grease a deep rectangular baking dish well with oil. Cut the cheese, olives, and peppers into smaller pieces.

In a bowl, beat the eggs, add salt, and whisk well with a hand whisk. Add yogurt and oil, mix well. Stir the cornmeal and baking powder into the wet mixture, then add the cheese, olives, and peppers.

Pour the prepared mixture into the greased baking dish, gently shake it to evenly distribute the mixture and smooth the top. Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 40 minutes. It is done when the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the bread comes out clean.

Let the baked bread cool, cut it into pieces of desired size, serve on plates, and enjoy.
