Ingredients
-
190 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose
-
1 teaspoon Sugar, white
-
2 teaspoons Baking powder
-
0.5 teaspoons Salt, table
-
150 g Cheese, groats
-
50 g Cheese, Parmesan, grated
-
pieces Spices, pepper, black
-
1 piece Egg, fresh

120 ml Yogurt, plain, from whole milk
-
120 ml Milk, whole milk
-
60 g Butter, unsalted
-
1 handful Cheese, groats
-
pieces Spices, paprika
-

Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Grease the muffin tin with butter and dust it with flour (remove any excess flour) or insert paper liners.
-
In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Add the grated cheese and ground pepper to the dry ingredients. In another bowl, beat the eggs with a hand whisk, then mix them with melted butter, yogurt, and milk.
-
Pour the liquid mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir everything together with a spatula just until the ingredients are moistened and you have a uniform batter. Fill the muffin tin cavities 2/3 full with the prepared batter. Sprinkle the batter with paprika and grated cheese. Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until they are nicely golden brown on top.

Advice
You can check if the muffins are baked by inserting a toothpick into one of them - if no batter sticks to it when you pull it out, the muffins are done.
