Ingredients
-
250 g Dough, puff
-
pieces Dry salami, paprika
-
60 g Cheese, edamame
Steps
-
Unroll the puff pastry and cut it into strips approximately 30 cm long and 2 cm wide. Halve the salami slices. Coarsely grate the cheese. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
-
Take one strip of puff pastry and layer it with the halved salami slices. The slices should slightly overlap, arranged in a straight row, leaving about 0.5 cm of the bottom edge of the pastry empty. Sprinkle a little grated cheese over the salami. Fold the bottom (empty) edge of the pastry upwards to partially cover the salami and cheese. Roll it all up into a spiral and place it in a muffin tin cup. Repeat the process until you run out of ingredients.
-
Bake the roses in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until the pastry turns a beautiful golden brown. Once baked, carefully remove them from the muffin tin, serve on a plate, and enjoy immediately.
