Peel the banana and slice it into rounds. Crack the eggs into a bowl, lightly salt them, and then whisk them well with a hand whisk or fork.

Place a pan on the stove and melt the butter, waiting for it to heat up. Then pour the eggs into the pan. Wait a few seconds for the eggs to set slightly, then start stirring with a spatula. After about 4 and a half minutes of stirring, add the sliced banana to the pan and continue stirring until the eggs are fully cooked (about 3 minutes).

Remove the scrambled eggs from the heat and distribute them onto plates. Serve with toasted bread or slices of bread.
