0.5 bouquet Thyme, raw

Cut the melted butter into smaller cubes. Wash the chives, dry them, and finely chop them. In a separate bowl, crack the eggs and gently whisk them together with the chives using a whisk. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Place a pan on the stove and melt the butter in it. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and spread it evenly. Wait until the edges of the egg mixture set and the center is still soft. Then, use a wooden spatula to tear the mixture into smaller pieces and mix well.

When the egg mixture is still soft, quickly mix in the melted butter, serve on plates, and serve immediately.
