2 teaspoons Butter, unsalted

1 pinch Salt, table

60 g Cheese, feta

0.5 bouquet Mint
Steps

Rinse the mint under running water and shake it well. Then, pluck the leaves from the stems and roughly chop them. Place a larger pan on the stove, melt the butter, and heat it up.

Crack the eggs into a bowl, lightly salt them, and whisk them well with a fork (or a hand whisk). Pour the whisked eggs into the pan. Let them sit for a few seconds (so the eggs can set slightly), then start stirring with a spatula. When the eggs are still slightly moist, crumble the feta cheese over them, lightly pepper, and sprinkle with the chopped mint. Mix everything well and remove the pan from the heat.

Serve the scrambled eggs on plates with slices of homemade bread.
