40 g Fish, salmon, smoked

Thoroughly rinse the dill sprigs under running water, shake them dry, and finely chop them. Rinse and shake dry the chives. Place a pan on the stove and heat it well. Add oil and spread it with a spatula.

Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them with a fork, then pour the mixture into the hot pan. Let the egg mixture sit for a few seconds, then start stirring with a spatula. While continuously stirring at moderate heat, cook the scrambled eggs. At the end, season them with salt and a little pepper, and mix in the chopped dill.
