Ingredients
-
340 g Spinach, raw
-
2 spoons Oil, olive
-
1 piece Onion, raw
-
1 pod Garlic, fresh
-
8 pieces Egg, fresh
-
60 ml Sweet cream
-
0.5 teaspoons Salt, table
-
2 pinch Spices, pepper, black
-
0.5 teaspoons Spices, thyme, dried
-
2 spoons Cheese, Parmesan, grated
Steps
-
Peel the onion and garlic, wash them, and finely chop. Clean the spinach leaves, wash them, and dry them well. Then roughly chop them.
-
Place a pan on the stove and heat the oil. Add the onion to the hot oil and sauté it, stirring occasionally, until it becomes translucent and soft. Then add the garlic and sauté until it becomes fragrant. Stir frequently while sautéing. Then add the spinach to the pan and mix everything well. Sauté the spinach just until it slightly softens but still remains fresh.
-
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together with cream, thyme, salt, and pepper using a hand whisk. Pour the mixture into the pan and mix well with the other ingredients in the pan.
-
Cook over moderate heat, stirring occasionally, for another 6 minutes. Then add the Parmesan, mix, and remove from the heat.
-
Serve the scrambled eggs with spinach on plates. You can also serve it with toasted bread and a large bowl of seasonal salad on the side.
