Ingredients

500 g Dough, puff

400 g Tomato, red

250 g Fish, shrimp, canned

150 g Cheese, mozzarella

2 spoons Oil, olive

1 pinch Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black
Steps

Wash the tomatoes and then immerse them in boiling water for a few minutes, peel them, drain well, and cut them into pieces. Slice the mozzarella. Thaw the seafood. Wash and dry the bunch of basil.

Preheat the oven to 250 °C. Stretch the risen pizza dough to the edges of a greased baking dish and drizzle with oil. Evenly distribute the tomatoes over the dough, making sure to leave a centimeter of empty edge around. Salt it and then evenly top with mozzarella, and sprinkle the seafood on top.

Bake the pizza for 20 minutes. Once baked, remove it from the oven, sprinkle with a little pepper, and garnish with basil leaves.
