Seafood Salad
For those who are hungry. But hungry for seafood. If you usually cant get enough of it, we offer you a salad that will make squid and mussels stay with you for a while.

Ingredients

1 kg Fish, squid

2 piece Onion, raw

3 pods Garlic, fresh

3 spoons Parsley, fresh

0.5 teaspoons Salt, table

1 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell

4 spoon Oil, olive
Steps

Place the seafood in a pot and cover it with water. Cook over moderate heat for 25 minutes or until the squid turns pink and shrinks. Once cooked, drain and let it cool.

Peel the onion and garlic. Slice the onion into very thin rings and separate them, finely chop the garlic. Cut one lemon in half and squeeze the juice.

Slice the cooled squid into rings and place them in a bowl with the rest of the seafood. Add the onion, garlic, and parsley, then drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil, season with salt, and mix well. Serve the salad in a large bowl or portion it into smaller bowls.

Advice
You can also add Mediterranean herbs to the salad: freshly chopped basil leaves, oregano, or rosemary work wonderfully. If you dont have fresh herbs, you can use dried ones in a mix called "Provencal herbs."
